I do not warm up. I think of my whole first draft as a warm up. And the forums and blogging don't really feel much like a warm up either.

Only if I can get the licensing to use the picture of myself getting shot for my book covers and blog.

I don't understand why you need a professional photo? A friend with a digital camera with a black and white setting should be able to pull this off for you.
