I write in order straight from start to finish. The first draft I only right action and dialogue, which gets me to about 45k. After that I go back and add the background information and more discription. Its my first WIP, but it seems to be working pretty well. Makes is very easy to control the pace...

I am a setting first person as well. I choose an exciting location that I find interesting. Then choose a character by asking who it would be interesting to see there. Inciting incident usually is how they arrived. Plot then evolves from the interaction of the characters with the setting. Then again...

I came out INTJ, and have had the same result when I took the full test a few years back. Glad to see someone else got a T though, we can't all be feelers.

As I have just started my first novel, and it is moving forward rather slow, I am hoping to finish the first 30 pages by the end of labor day weekend. I am also going to stop lurking around the forums, and actually start participating in hopes that it will keep me motivated.
