What's Your Forum Catch Phrase?

Post by Margo » December 6th, 2010, 1:01 pm

I think we need catch phrases, something based on things we say repeatedly on the forum. Yes, I am avoiding my short story, thank you very much. And my novel outline.

Anyway, I had decided my catch phrase should be: I have a template for that!

I think polymath's catch phrase should involve Aristotle and Poetics, but that's just me.

S'okay, people, what are your catch phrases? Anyone caught without a catch phrase may have one assigned to them randomly. Bwhahahaha.

I think cheekychook and I would have the same one:

Go get some cookies.

I don't know if I have a catch phrase, but can I have a catch word? It's my favorite one in the whole world - Y'ALL

I think yours should be about that girl and the finger-lopping. Because, really, that's memorable and every time you post, I'll be thinking about it. XD

EDIT: Margo, do you have a template for catch phrases, too?

Well that sounds like a challenge! I don't have one...yet. [gears turning]

Oh gosh, I just remembered another one that I was using for awhile there: Get off my lawn! I still like that one.

LOL. You can claim the cookies phrase. I'll stick with my favorite answer for anything: CHOCOLATE.

Though I'll take some cookies, please.

Go get some cookies. It's not just a catch phrase. It's a moral imperative.

Chocolate??? Oh, yes, that's good. Like a battle cry.

Please send money.

That's my catch phrase. I added the 'please' so that anyone reading it would be overwhelmed by my graciousness and send MORE money.

If that doesn't fly, I'd like to see what you pick for me, Margo! :)

Dios4vida and Cheekychook.'Go get some cookies, OR ELSE!'

Mira. 'Please send money, OR ELSE!'

Watcher55's catchphrase sounds familiar, put I can't put my finger on it.

What makes you think I have a catchphrase? Oh, wait...

*Loops arm through Sommer's and nervously looks left and right*

"Don't worry, I'm with you." *leans in to whisper* "If we stick together, we might not stand out as much. Just act normal." :)
