I like Star Wars day. And Talk Like Yoda Day.

May the 4th be with you.

Just a heads up that June 3 is National Donut Day.

Enough said. You all know what to do. :)

Since I'm in the USA, I'm going to have to say Guy Fawkes Day. I don't know why we don't celebrate it; what could be more American than blowing up scarecrows to celebrate freedom? (Actually, I do know; it kinda died out during Colonial times when we kinda wished somebody *had* blown up Parliament.) I've actually been trying to start it up over here, but until I can find somebody with some land that'll let us blow something up (and figure out how to convince the cops that we're harmless), it looks like I'm stuck.
Everybody loves using things as other things, right? Check out my blog at the Cromulent Bricoleur and see one hipster's approach to recycling, upcycling, and alterna-cycling (which is a word I just made up).

I just read the entire thread and I'm noticing a definite food theme in cheeky's notifications. I like these food-related holidays!
