Since I'm in the USA, I'm going to have to say Guy Fawkes Day. I don't know why we don't celebrate it; what could be more American than blowing up scarecrows to celebrate freedom? (Actually, I do know; it kinda died out during Colonial times when we kinda wished somebody *had* blown up Parliament.) I've actually been trying to start it up over here, but until I can find somebody with some land that'll let us blow something up (and figure out how to convince the cops that we're harmless), it looks like I'm stuck.
