Formatting

I have this strange issue when I convert the docx file into mobi, using calibre. In the table of content the indents of the tiles like Chapter, Epilogue, About the Author, etc are by default. When I flip through the pages the indents and centering of those headlines are as I designed them - o,9 rights. How can I make it equally? I guess I must give an order in the TOC in calibre but I don't know how.
