We have about 2000 books in our warehouse that are missing half the reference list. Aack! It was our fault and not the printers. Other than fixing the error for future runs, what should we do about the books in our possession? Add an insert?

ALSO, should we post something on the website for the about 4000 books already out in consumer's hands?
